Important Information - Please Read.

If you do not use a valid e-mail address with PayPal you will not receive an Order Confirmation from Arrow Antenna and you will not get Tracking Information for your package.	International Shipping Our web site is now set up to handle international orders. You can see the shipping and handling cost before finishing check out.
You will receive an acknowledgment of your order soon (usually within a few hours) after we receive it. If you have not received an acknowledgment of your order by the next day, please check you spam blocker to see that it did not land in there. When your order ships, you will receive another email with tracking information.	Shipping is UPS Ground or USPS. Parcel Post has tracking numbers, but they often won't show until the package is delivered. What they really offer is delivery confirmation only. You may see that the shipment does not exist in the USPS system if you try to track it, but we always ship within one day of the the email being sent to you confirming shipment. The only exception is if you receive a shipment confirmation email on the weekend. In those cases, it will ship out of our facility on Monday. If you require a specific delivery method (USPS or UPS only. We don't ship FEDEX at this time, please let us know in the instructions to the seller when you place your order.
Your order will usually ship within 2 weeks. Some of our customers will see $4 or $15 handling charges in addition to the shipping costs. These are due to USPS extra fees. If the length of a package is greater than 22”, the package is considered nonstandard and will incur a $4 fee. If that measurement is greater than 30”, that will incur a $15 fee.
