As of 8/15/03 SAM 9 is done. Works Great. Vacuums the chips off the drill bit just like I planed.
Once I get in a rhythm, I can keep at least one drill press running all the time.
Takes about 33 seconds to drill both holes and de burr them. (Over 100 shorting bars per hour.)

The Photos below are of the old shop, but the equipment is about the same.
